The SFS-M07D is auto moving pneumatic heat transfer machine integrated with pneumatic power driving system, programmable control panel, electromagnetic switch, auto sliding device and ThermTUBE™ heating elements to effectively enhance the production efficiency, heat up speed / eveness and pressing stability to printing process of various products for sublimation and heat transfer printing and gilding. This semi-automatic double-pneumatic transfer heat machine features the advanced design of straight line sliding operation.
With the auto sliding double platen design, the prepress processing can be proceed when one side is being press, this requires the less manpower to carry out. Typical applications of the heat press include heat transfer printing onto fabrics such as T-Shirts, thicker materials such as carpets & mats, tiles & ceramics, as well as wood boards, sheet metal, plastics, polyester coated synthetics and a vast range of other flat substrates.

Most of SUN-FLY's heat presses utilise the unique ThermTube™ as heating element to effectively enhance the stability and speed of machine's temperature. The ThermTube™ heater winds tighter and closer of each heating tube lines which are entirely embeded in the heating platen.
The digital control panel is the controlling centre of temperature and time. The temperature feedback from sensor of the heater can be transfered to the panel in real time, according to the preset temperature, the panel will decide if the temperature should keep going up or remain the same.
The purpose of dual platen design is to increase the effectiveness of heat press production. When one platen is being pressing, the operator can prepare the sublimation blanks on the other idle platen, therefore using this dual platen can apparently enhance the production ability of sublimaton blanks.
The manual sliding system consists of the sliding axle and shaft sleeve, the heater and digital controller is integrated with the shaft sleeve so that they can slide together with the shaft sleeve and press the indicated platen. The sliding power is driven by pneumatic power system.
