The SFS-M08B Heat Transfer Machine is an automatic large format heat transfer press intended for heat transfer printing with fabrics, banners, garments, thicker materials, carpets, mats, tiles, ceramics, as well as wood materials, sheet metal alloy, plastics, polyester coated materials and a large range of any flat shape substrates.
The transfer machine provides twin shuttle pressing platen with a single front loading table and high pressure pneumatic lifting system. With the single side platen design, the prepress processing can be carried out when one side is being press. This requires less manpower to carry out the heat transfer process and less space. It is an ideal model for large size or volume production factory.

Most of SUN-FLY's heat presses utilise the unique ThermTube™ as heating element to effectively enhance the stability and speed of machine's temperature. The ThermTube™ heater winds tighter and closer of each heating tube lines which are entirely embeded in the heating platen
The digital control panel is the controlling centre of temperature and time. The temperature feedback from sensor of the heater can be transfered to the panel in real time, according to the preset temperature, the panel will decide if the temperature should keep going up or remain the same.
The purpose of dual platen design is to increase the effectiveness of heat press production. When one platen is being pressing, the operator can prepare the sublimation blanks on the other idle platen, therefore using this dual platen can apparently enhance the production ability of sublimaton blanks.
