SFS-M04D Auto Clam Draw Press

Intro.

The SFS-M04D Auto Clam Heat Press uses new magnetism technology. With digital control, the manually operated press has a 15" x 15" / 16" x 20" platen area which is ideal for a variety of sublimation applications including sports and women's fashion garments, ceramic tiles, coated wood and metal, floor mats, flags and small banners.

Features

ThermTUBE™ Heating Technology
Most of SUN-FLY's heat presses utilise the unique ThermTube™ as heating element to effectively enhance the stability and speed of machine's temperature. The ThermTube™ heater winds tighter and closer of each heating tube lines which are entirely embeded in the heating platen,

Digital Control
The digital control panel is the controlling centre of temperature and time. The temperature feedback from sensor of the heater can be transfered to the panel in real time, according to the preset temperature, the panel will decide if the temperature should keep going up or remain the same.

Pressure Adjusting Knob
By turning the pressure adjusting knob, pressure can be easily changed to adapt the printing application.

Double Pneumatic Spring Loaded
The double peumatic spring can effectively buffering the pressing impaction and evenly spread the pressure out. Comparing with traditional metal spring, the pneumatic spring can offer better mechanical properties and operating experience.

Electromagnetic Lock-Up System
The Electromagnetic Lock-Up System(ELS) is exclusively designed for the SFS-M04D heat press. Instead of using normal mechanical lock up system, ELS has simplified the entired structure of heat press, and enhance the comfort during operating.

"Clam" Mechanical Design
Different from the "Swing" type, the "Clam" type design uses horizontal axis to connect with the flat heater and substrate. The maximum opening angle is approximately 45 degrees.

Emergency Push Button
The Emergency Push Button(EPB) is designed to prevent unpredictable accidents and protect users. After pushing this button, the machine will be power-off and automatically release the heater(the releasing power is driven by pneumatic spring bumper).

Drawable Substrate
The drawable substrate can be totally pulled out from the heating position, for some particularly sublimation blanks, this design is very useful. For instance, a T-Shirt can cover the substrate up when the substrate is pulled out, this can also prevent the operator get damage by the heater as all the operation is far away from the heater.

Flat Silicon Mat
The flat silicon mat is used as substrate protector offering elastic underlay function with excellent heat resistance properties.
