The SFS-M06A 6 in 1 Combo Heat Press utilise precision heating devices as to ensure the evenness of temperature and heating stability. The heat press combines a high strength welded solid steel framework with several attachments. The flat "Swing" heater design can be easily replace to others such like plate press heaters or cap press heaters, it is an ideal heat press machine for sublimation work shop or promotion application.
The 6 in 1 combo heat press consist of:
1) Solid steel framework body,
2) T-Shirt press heater for flat sublimation blank material printing,
3) Mug press heater for mug sublimation blanks more than 10oz.,
4) Mug press heater for mug sublimation blanks less than 10oz.,
5) Cap press heater for cap sublimation printing,
6) Plate press heater for both 8" and 10" plate sublimation printing.
Most of SUN-FLY's heat presses utilise the unique ThermTube™ as heating element to effectively enhance the stability and speed of machine's temperature. The ThermTube™ heater winds tighter and closer of each heating tube lines which are entirely embeded in the heating platen
The digital control panel is the controlling centre of temperature and time. The temperature feedback from sensor of the heater can be transfered to the panel in real time, according to the preset temperature, the panel will decide if the temperature should keep going up or remain the same.
