Chrome Alloy as heating element. It is an alloy of

Loading – Drawable Loading Substrate
The drawable loading substrate is guide by the sliding
rail and can be pulled out from the heating position,
this design is convenience for certain sublimation blanks
such as T-Shirts or flat materials, likewise, this can also
prevent the operator getting damage by the heater as
the entire positioning operation is far away from the
heater.

Pressing – Double Pneumatic Spring
The double pneumatic springs can effectively buffer the
pressing impaction and evenly spread the pressure out.
Comparing with traditional metal spring, the pneumatic
spring can offer better mechanical properties and
operating experience.

Locking – Electromagnetic Lock-Up System
The Electromagnetic Lock-Up System(ELS) is exclusively
designed for the SFS-M04C/D heat presses. Instead of
using normal mechanical lock up system, ELS has
simplified the entire structure of heat press and enhance
the comfort during operating.

Digital Controller
The digital control panel is the controlling centre of
temperature and time. The temperature feedback from
sensor of the heater can be transferred to the panel in
real time, according to the preset temperature, the panel
will decide if the temperature should keep going up or
remain the same. Likewise, the electric count down can
guarantee pressing process more precisely without any
mistakes. The panel has memory recall function, after
reconnect the power of the machine by shutting it down,
the panel can still remember and operate previous set
parameters.
