ThermTUBETM Heating Technolgies, creating heater life, reducing operating costs. The heater life is directly related to its internal operating temperature. ThermTUBETM tubular heaters run substantially cooler and the result is that last up to 5 times longer, have less downtime and lower operating costs than conventional tubular heaters.
The unique split-cells design of the ThermTUBETM tubular Heater allows the independent, bilateral expansion of each heater cell outward against the walls of the surrounding bore.

The result is greatly improved heat transfer under normal fit conditions, assuring superior heat transfer, more uniform process heat, greater efficiency, and reduced consumption of electricity.
 
 
The high purity MgO dielectric in ThermTUBETM heaters is compacted to extreme density, ensuring maximum heat transfer away from the core to the heater sheath.
 
The tubular heater utilizes highresistor Nickel- Chrome Alloy as heating element. It is an alloy of Nickel and Chromium,and is the best material for heating devices operating up to 500oC.

The execellent resistance to oxidation of Nickel- Chrome Alloy makes it have longer service life comparing with the other resistor materials, that's one of the reason we chose it as the ThermTUBE™ core material.
