What's sublimation product?

By applying a sublimation coating to the outside of an object, e.g. mug, plate, etc., photos are printed using the dye-sublimation process which produces exceptionally bright, vivid colours unobtainable by any other means. The digital image, could be scenic, or your own portrait, is first printed using special inks onto inkjet paper as a carrier, which is then wrapped around the outside of a cylinder surface or attached onto a flat surface. Under heat and pressure, the image is permanently dyed on the object surface.

The product is washable and microwave safe. The whole process is hand-made one by one therefore is suitable for small orders. However, the price will be higher than normal similar products. (e.g. sublimation mugs VS. normal white mugs)

What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

Our minimum order is US$2000. However, to make cost justify we strongly recommend you to order more than 2CBMs per order (for mugs, that would be about 1,500-1,600pcs).

How can I order from you?

Our minimum order is US$2000. However, to make cost justify we strongly recommend you to order more than 2CBMs per order (for mugs, that would be about 1,500-1,600pcs).

Step 1: To choose the items you are interested in, and the quantity you'd like to buy with each items, and to send your inquiry to us. Make sure that you have an accurate contact method especially a workable email address. If you need to know the shipping cost, please let us know the name of the international port close to you.

Step 2: We will feedback you on all your questions within 2 working days (most likely to be within 24 hours). Again, your detail description on the potential order and your business background would be very helpful to an efficient reply.

Step 3: You can have free samples up to US$5 in value. Any sample required beyond this value will be charged. Also you are required to pay for the sample delivery cost by DHL or Fedex. We normally provide you two pieces for one item: one blank for your own testing and another one with image already to show you the best effect.

Step 4: Once you confirmed the order content, we will provide you a pro forma invoice with our banking details. You would need to make the payment either by T/T (Telegraph Transfer) or via Paypal (for small amount only).

Step 5: Once the payment confirmed, we will organise the production for you and to ship the goods to you as soon as possible. If we happen to have stocks with us on the items you want, we can ship them straightforward.

How do you deliver the goods to me?

We make delivery mainly by seafreight, it takes around 1 month to West Europe and North American, and about 10 days to Southeast Asian. However, if your order quantity is too low we will have to deliver them by DHL. Because most of our products are high in weight with low value so the cost of DHL is usually high.

Samples are to be delivered by DHL or Fedex only.

How do I make the payment?

We only accept full advance payment for orders with value less than US$5,000.

For order value greater than US$5,000 we can accept 50% deposit once order confirmed, and the rest to be paid before shipping.

We would prefer to accept payment by T/T (Telegraph transfer) to appointed bank account in China or Hongkong. We can also accept small payment via Paypal if you like. We CANNOT accept credit card payment unless you use Paypal to do it.

Can I have some samples from you before I buy?

The answer is yes.

Can I be your regional agent?

Agents in different regions/countries are always welcome. Sun-Fly-Sublimation enjoys a high reputation from all over the world. Also we would need you to demonstrate your capability of developing the market before we formally appoint you as the solely agent of SFS in your region.
